My project wouldn’t have been possible without the generous support of some great brands provided clothing for me to wear. Here I’ve listed some of my favorite items.
Toorallie - an Australian merino fashion brand doing big things. From Pooginook’s flock grazing the Riverina plains through the mammoth Chinese wool processing and textile industry and into retailers stores across Australia, Toorallie products are the embodiment of the ‘home-grown’ opportunities in the wool fashion industry.
Visiting Humphrey Law’s factory is a little like visiting a fibrous version of Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory. The factory sits on a former Lemon Orchard in a residential street in the suburb of Heathmont.
Recently I ventured to Wilsons Promontory National Park to test some outdoor clothing provided to Year of Wool.
